Online Integration Specialist

• Support and monitor the staging and rollout of biller integrations
• Ensure smooth connectivity between systems across the payment ecosystem
• Guide clients through integration requirements, processes, and best practices
• Provide post-integration support, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently

• Monitor transactions across the value chain (Retailer Biller) to identify irregularities
• Investigate application logs and perform test transactions in live environments
• Generate ad hoc reports using SQL to support decision-making and issue resolution

• Act as a technical advisor, translating complex documentation into practical guidance
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful and timely integrations
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and effective support

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve integration challenges
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in integration processes and support practices

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of:
• SQL (reporting and analysis)
• IT systems monitoring
• MS Office, especially Excel
• Customer support in a technical environment

• Experience in Financial Services, particularly the payments industry
• Understanding of reconciliation and settlement processes

• Proactive, takes initiative, and ownership of tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable working under pressure with quick turnaround expectations

• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Afrikaans is advantageous
• Stable internet connection (fiber preferred for remote support scenarios)
• Own reliable transport
