Counter Sales Representative

Description:

• Assist customers at the sales counter with product enquiries and purchases
• Provide technical advice on electrical and solar products
• Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
• Process invoices, payments, and sales transactions
• Assist customers with product selection and technical specifications
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
• Ensure the sales counter and showroom are well organised and stocked
• Work closely with the warehouse and sales team to ensure product availability
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

Requirements:

• Previous counter sales experience in the electrical or solar industry
• Good knowledge of electrical components or solar products
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / sales systems)
• Well-presented and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
