Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full financial accounting function, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Oversee debtors and creditors processes, ensuring effective cash flow management
- Perform product costing and analyse material usage to support profitability
- Support monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Provide financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Guide and oversee two indirect reports within the finance function
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
- 46 years experience in a full-function accounting role
- Exposure to manufacturing or product-based environments essential
- Experience overseeing finance staff
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting systems experience
