The Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, supporting the Restaurant Manager and ensuring service standards are upheld at all times. You will be highly visible on the floor, engaged with guests, and actively guiding the service team during shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily restaurant operations and service delivery
- Uphold luxury service standards aligned with Forbes and other international benchmarks
- Lead service on the floor, setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Supervise and support waitstaff during service, ensuring consistency and flow
- Assist with guest engagement, handling feedback and minor service recovery with confidence
- Ensure service areas are immaculately presented at all times
- Support opening, closing, and shift-based operational requirements
- Be flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter, or Floor Manager in a luxury or fine-dining environment
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations
- Naturally guest-focused with excellent communication skills
- Calm, organised, and reliable during busy service periods
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
