Description:

Finance & Deal Structuring
  • Structure and submit vehicle finance applications to multiple financial institutions
  • Negotiate optimal finance terms on behalf of customers
  • Ensure all deals are structured in line with dealership profitability targets
  • Monitor and manage finance approvals and payouts
Insurance & Value-Added Products
  • Present and sell insurance products and value-added services (e.g. service plans, warranties, credit protection)
  • Ensure customers fully understand finance and insurance options
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers and finance houses
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure full compliance with FAIS, NCA, and dealership policies
  • Accurately prepare and manage all finance and insurance documentation
  • Maintain complete and compliant deal files
  • Ensure proper verification of customer documentation and credit applications
Customer Experience
  • Provide professional and transparent financial advice to customers
  • Deliver a seamless finance process aligned with dealership customer service standards
  • Address and resolve finance-related customer queries

Requirements:

  • RE5 Certification (Essential)
  • NCA & FAIS compliant
  • Accredited with major banks (advantageous)
  • Minimum 35 years' experience as an F&I Manager in a motor dealership
  • Strong experience in pre-owned vehicle finance
  • Proven track record of achieving finance and insurance targets
  • Automotive dealer management systems (DMS)
  • Finance application platforms
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
