Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full finance function, including controls, compliance, and reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
- Provide financial insight and support to operational and management teams.
- Maintain strong financial governance and improve internal processes where required.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA) qualification (essential).
- Minimum 5+ years postâqualification experience in a Financial Manager or similar role.
- Industry experience open, excluding Financial Services.
- Proven experience managing the full finance function.
- Strong technical accounting and reporting capability.
- Handsâon, operational mindset with strong attention to detail.
