Minimum requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
- At least five years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a comparable role
- Offer high-level administrative assistance to the CEO and executive team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and arranging meetings
- Draft and prepare letters, reports, and presentations as needed
- Support the executive team in preparing for meetings, conferences, and other engagements
