Job Description: Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Ensuring full IFRS, statutory, and tax complianceManaging audits, internal controls, and financial governance
Owning CAPEX budgeting and spend tracking
Supporting cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management
Leading and developing a small, capable finance team
Partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive sound business decisions
Skills & Experience: 5+ yearsexperience as a Financial Manager
Manufacturing or Retail experience - NONâNEGOTIABLEAdvanced Excel skills
JDE experience - highly advantageous
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail with a noânonsense delivery mindset
Qualification: CA(SA), ACMA, CGMA or equivalent
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
