Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Front Desk Manager in managing the front desk operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising front desk staff onboard the cruise ship
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Manage and monitor the booking system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and maintain daily reports and records
Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed
