The purpose of the role is to:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management and labour unions.
- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct and transgressions of Company policies and procedures.
- Provides advice to and consult with employees and management regarding Company policies and procedures and government policies, regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Labour Law/Labour Relations/HR or equivalent at NQF Level 6.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and CCMA representation
