Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Provide strategic input and reporting at board level
- Oversee the full financial function, including reporting, compliance, and controls
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage cash flow, risk, and capital allocation effectively
- Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with operational teams to enhance efficiency and profitability
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive
- Minimum 8 years of board-level exposure
- Strong background in manufacturing, production, and services industries
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
