About the role
This is a Human Resources administration role and one needs to help to improve the strategic management of the company.The appointed person will work closely under the Supervision of the Company Secretary.
Responsibilities- Assist in the training and skill development of new and old employees in the Company.
- Assist with recruitment, induction of new employees and disciplinary hearings.
- Assist with Payroll, Benefits and leaves.
- Assist with creating and designing job descriptions.
- Assist with Performance evaluation.
- Discuss issues and conflicts.
- Recognition and reward systems management.
- Ensure compliances with rules and regulations are being made.
- Be computer efficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
- Be informed about the Labour laws of South Africa.
- Good communication skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Aged between 18 and 34
- Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
