Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance
- Oversee implementation and optimisation of operational processes and SOPs
- Manage cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and report on KPIs, operational risks, and performance metrics
- Coordinate workflows, resource allocation, and operational planning
- 35 years experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to manage people, projects, and performance metrics
- Proficient in reporting, planning and administrative tasks
- Valid drivers licence advantageous
- Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field (preferred)
