What you'll be doing:

• ? Dive deep into the heart of our business, mastering operational workflows for our cutting-edge Forex products
• ? Assist in crafting slick, crystal-clear SOPs for our business units
• ? Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter, faster ways to work (your ideas count!)
• ? Team up with Operations, Tech, Compliance & Client Services to make our processes bulletproof
• ?? Hands-on in testing new tools and systems, bringing fresh feedback to the table
• ? Monitor, report, and keep everyone in the loop on improvement initiatives
• ? Document, organize, and communicate like a pro – consistency is your vibe
• ? Provide day-to-day support and be the go-to resource for operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

• ? A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Must be completed)
• ? 1-2 years’ experience in operations or business support (bonus points for financial services know-how!)
• ? Extreme attention to detail and process-driven thinking
• ? Stellar communication skills
• ? Analytical, innovative, and always up for improvement challenges
• ? Team player who can juggle more than just coffee orders
