Job Description

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in coordinating design work between the Interior Design team, CAD drafters, and visualisers
• Ensuring all design elements are accurately documented and fully integrated into project deliverables
• Preparing drawings, specifications, and comprehensive documentation packages
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Monitoring project schedules and ensuring timely submissions and deliverables
• Supporting site visits and overseeing installations to ensure the design intent is properly executed
• Maintaining project records, the materials library, and all related documentation
• Ensuring compliance with project requirements, budgets, and quality standards

Qualifications

National Diploma in Interior Design or higher

• Proficient in technical design software, including AutoCAD
