As the Senior Interior Designer, you'll lead design projects from concept to completion, shaping the spaces where people work, connect, and create. You'll be responsible for driving the creative vision, ensuring design integrity, and managing project workflows across concept development, technical documentation, and on-site execution.

The Role: Senior Interior DesignerAs the Senior Interior Designer, you'll lead design projects from concept to completion, shaping the spaces where people work, connect, and create. You'll be responsible for driving the creative vision, ensuring design integrity, and managing project workflows across concept development, technical documentation, and on-site execution.
This role suits a confident designer who combines creative flair with technical excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead interior design projects from initial briefing through to final handover
- Develop and present concept designs that align with client objectives and project constraints
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee site installations and ensure design intent is maintained throughout the build
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall design direction
- Minimum 57 years interior design experience, ideally in workspace or commercial environments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept development through to technical detailing
- Excellent spatial planning, material knowledge, and design presentation skills
- Confident communicator able to manage clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Passion for workplace design and the ability to balance creativity with functionality
