Interior Designer

A prestigious luxury hospitality environment is seeking a talented MidSenior Interior Designer to join their team. This role is ideal for a creative and technically strong designer who has experience delivering high-end hospitality spaces and managing projects from concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and maintaining the aesthetic standards of a 5-star hotel environment, ensuring that all interiors reflect exceptional quality, functionality, and guest experience.

• Develop and execute interior design concepts from initial brief through to final installation
• Produce detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Compile and manage comprehensive specification sheets
• Source furniture, finishes, and materials aligned with design intent and project budgets
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants throughout project execution
• Oversee installations and ensure work is delivered to the highest standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Collaborate with and guide junior team members where required

• 35+ years experience in the interior design industry, preferably within hospitality or luxury environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Solid understanding of technical drawings and detailing
• Proven experience compiling specification sheets
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail
• Experience working on luxury or hospitality design projects
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
