INTERNAL SALES / Call Centre (Temp Assignment)

Key responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, quotes and sales through various channels, including telephone, email and eCommerce.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and technical enquiries.
• Provide technical and product support to customers.
• Proactively follow up on quotations and identify sales opportunities.
• Assist both account and cash-sale customers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Key requirements:

• Matric with 35 years Internal Sales / Call Centre experience, handling high call volumes.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical, administrative and organisational abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and manage difficult customer situations.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused and commercially minded.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work overtime and attend occasional after-hours customer functions and company events.
• Must be available immediately - 3 month temp assignment.
