Requirements/Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years experience as a Secretary in a Corporate/Litigation environment
  • Experience capturing fees and invoicing
  • Knowledge of legal documents and terminology
  • Organising, maintaining and preparing files
  • Administrative support (managing correspondence, filing, scanning)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
