ð¼ What Youll Be Doing
Youll work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth, efficient HR and payroll operations across the business. Your responsibilities will include: ð¹ HR Administration & Compliance- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
- Assist with reporting (Employment Equity, BBBEE, WSP, ATR, etc.)
- Support audits and ensure legislative compliance
- Capture and process payroll data (hours, allowances, transfers, etc.)
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Distribute payslips and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates
- Prepare interview packs and manage recruitment documentation
- Maintain organised recruitment records
- Coordinate training bookings and logistics
- Track and file training records, invoices, and certificates
- Act as a professional point of contact for employees and stakeholders
- Assist with queries and provide administrative HR support
- Maintain strong communication across departments
ð¯ What Were Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- HR Certificate or Degree
- 24 years experience in an HR/Payroll role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience with payroll systems and HR processes
