💼 What Youll Be Doing

Youll work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth, efficient HR and payroll operations across the business. Your responsibilities will include: 🔹 HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Assist with reporting (Employment Equity, BBBEE, WSP, ATR, etc.)
  • Support audits and ensure legislative compliance
🔹 Payroll Support
  • Capture and process payroll data (hours, allowances, transfers, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
  • Distribute payslips and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
🔹 Recruitment Coordination
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates
  • Prepare interview packs and manage recruitment documentation
  • Maintain organised recruitment records
🔹 Training & Development
  • Coordinate training bookings and logistics
  • Track and file training records, invoices, and certificates
🔹 General HR Support
  • Act as a professional point of contact for employees and stakeholders
  • Assist with queries and provide administrative HR support
  • Maintain strong communication across departments

🎯 What Were Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HR Certificate or Degree
  • 24 years experience in an HR/Payroll role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience with payroll systems and HR processes
