My client is seeking an exceptional Hotel Manager to lead one of their modern luxury properties. This role is suited to a confident, service-driven hospitality professional who lives and breathes luxury standards and understands that excellence is delivered through detail, discipline, and genuine guest connection.

The Role

As Hotel Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure every guest experience reflects international luxury expectations, including Forbes and comparable benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full operational leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Experience
  • Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards aligned with Forbes and other international benchmarks
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and management teams
  • Drive a strong service culture rooted in accountability, warmth, and attention to detail
  • Oversee guest experience, handling feedback and service recovery with confidence and discretion
  • Maintain operational controls including staffing, rosters, standards, and day-to-day performance
  • Be highly visible on the floor and operationally hands-on
  • Work shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays
About You
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or Senior Operations Manager within luxury hospitality
  • Strong understanding of Forbes standards and global luxury benchmarks
  • Exceptional guest focus with the ability to anticipate and personalise guest needs
  • Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented leadership style
  • High emotional intelligence with strong people management skills
  • Commercially and operationally astute without losing sight of the guest experience
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated to grow within a luxury hospitality group
