The Role
As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will support the Hotel Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest luxury benchmarks. You will be hands-on, visible on the floor, and deeply engaged with both guests and teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support overall hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Experience
- Deliver consistently exceptional guest service aligned with Forbes and other luxury hospitality standards
- Act as a strong leader and role model for service excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence, warmth, and discretion
- Be operationally flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Proven experience in luxury hotel operations (Assistant Manager or senior supervisory level)
- Strong understanding of Forbes standards and international luxury benchmarks
- Highly guest-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and personalise experiences
