The Role

As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will support the Hotel Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest luxury benchmarks. You will be hands-on, visible on the floor, and deeply engaged with both guests and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support overall hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Experience
  • Deliver consistently exceptional guest service aligned with Forbes and other luxury hospitality standards
  • Act as a strong leader and role model for service excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence, warmth, and discretion
  • Be operationally flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
About You
  • Proven experience in luxury hotel operations (Assistant Manager or senior supervisory level)
  • Strong understanding of Forbes standards and international luxury benchmarks
  • Highly guest-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and personalise experiences
  • Calm, organised, and solutions-driven under pressure
  • Professional, warm, and emotionally intelligent leadership style
