Job Purpose: run a portfolio of separately tenanted sectional commercial properties and residential property (on Airbnb)Primary skills would be : great with property and skillfully at getting valuable commercial things done
Qualifying criteria & critical skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- +/- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail, with a strong drive for accuracy and results
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to be proactive, responsive and meet deadlines
- A solutions focused approach to work, with agility to work in a dynamic environment
- Great with various software that is useful and adds value

Property manager : Job description & Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of sectional title commercial properties (including leases, tenanting, body corporate matters, repairs and maintenance)
- Manage top end luxury residential property via Airbnb (including managing the Airbnb profile, SEO, hosting, guests management)
- Participate in meetings including body corporate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle related administrative details (correspondence and enquiries, Maintain company records, prepare reports etc).
