The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing tender processes, and strengthening client relationships across the East Rand commercial and industrial market. You will work closely with operational leadership to drive sustainable growth and deliver on regional sales objectives.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Compile proposals, bids, and tender submissions
  • Follow up on leads and commercial opportunities
  • Support sales and marketing strategy implementation
  • Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve monthly sales and growth targets
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline tracking
  • Promote integrated service offerings across the business
What You Bring
  • Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of the services industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong proposal and tender management experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
