SHE Administrator – KZN

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the SHE Department and KZN site
  • Coordinate and administer SHE training interventions
  • Maintain SHE records, policies, procedures, and SHERQX system
  • Monitor, track, and report on SHE compliance
  • Manage SHE department diary coordination
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders with SHE-related information
  • Support general office and site administration functions
Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • National Diploma in SHE Management advantageous
  • 13 years experience in a similar SHE/Admin role
  • Strong administration and coordination skills
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Understanding of SHE principles and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
