SHE Administrator – KZN

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the SHE Department and KZN site
- Coordinate and administer SHE training interventions
- Maintain SHE records, policies, procedures, and SHERQX system
- Monitor, track, and report on SHE compliance
- Manage SHE department diary coordination
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with SHE-related information
- Support general office and site administration functions
- Matric / Grade 12
- National Diploma in SHE Management advantageous
- 13 years experience in a similar SHE/Admin role
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Understanding of SHE principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
