Portfolio Manager - Transport

Job Description:
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of transport and asset finance clients to ensure strong financial performance and asset quality
- Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth
- Monitor credit risk by reviewing client financials, tracking exposures, and ensuring compliance with credit policies
- Support deal structuring and execution within the portfolio while assessing the impact of funding requests and restructuring
- Prepare portfolio reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to governance and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise portfolio performance and mitigate risk
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years' in a client-facing role within financial services or asset finance
- Strong portfolio management, credit risk, and financial analysis experience
- Proven ability in financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and financial modelling
- Experience in asset finance, fleet finance, or transport-related sectors advantageous
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to structure deals and assess credit risk effectively
Qualification:
- BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics
