Digital Trading & Online Growth Specialist

Your Core Responsibilites
  1. Performance Marketing & Growth Execution
Build and optimise high‑intent campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and complementing paid channels
Oversee product feed accuracy and health, ensuring the Merchant Centre environment is consistently optimised
Manage GA4 and Tag Manager implementation to ensure all tracking, conversions, and event data remain clean and reliable
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop ads, landing pages, and promotional concepts aligned to commercial goals
Monitor performance daily and adjust bidding, audience segments, and messaging to maximise return
  1. Sales Acceleration & Onsite Conversion
Drive consistent revenue growth, margin contribution, improved average order values, and stronger repeat purchase behaviour
Enhance the ecommerce funnel end‑to‑end from landing pages to product detail pages, internal search, cart, checkout, and post‑purchase flows
Build and execute a trading calendar covering promos, bundles, upsells, tactical markdowns, seasonal pushes, and more
Identify commercial opportunities across pricing, merchandising, product mix, and user journeys
  1. Platform Operations & Optimisation
Manage the daily operation of ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce preferred; Magento/Shopify also welcomed)
Maintain fast, stable, conversion‑friendly websites through solid SEO hygiene and ongoing performance improvements
Translate business needs into developer‑ready briefs and acceptance criteria without requiring coding experience
Coordinate development changes, testing cycles, tracking validation, and post‑launch analysis
  1. B2B Platform Expantion

Support the evolution and adoption of an online B2B ordering portal aimed at reducing manual admin and increasing buyer self‑

Participate in defining workflows for bulk ordering, personalised pricing, order visibility, reordering tools, role‑based access, and credit‑controlled environments
Work closely with sales and key accounts to ensure the portals functionality aligns with buyer behaviours and trade priorities
  1. Delivery Coordination & Issue Management

Coordinate between internal teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely rollout of updates and improvements

Assist in keeping systems connected via API-driven integrations and connected services
Identify, prioritise, and escalate issues impacting site stability, customer experience, performance tracking, or fulfilment
  1. Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Own reporting across all sites: sales, margin, traffic, conversion, paid media performance, customer behaviour, and overall platform health
Maintain dashboards and produce structured weekly updates highlighting wins, concerns, and next steps

Run ongoing testing cycles to iterate on performance and drive compounding improvements

Key Partnerships

Youll collaborate with: Marketing & Creative asset development, campaign alignment

Product & Buying Teams new ranges, priorities, launches
Sales & Accounts B2B portal adoption and buyer needs
Customer Support friction and feedback analysis
Logistics & Ops dispatch reliability and fulfilment workflows

Development & External Vendors fixes, features, releases

Requirements
Experience & Skills
35+ years in ecommerce, digital trading, growth marketing, or related roles
Strong Google Ads, Merchant Centre, GA4, and Tag Manager capabilities

Hands-on experience managing ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce ideal; Shopify/Magento welcomed)

Understanding of key ecommerce levers: Conversion optimisation

SEO basics
Product data hygiene
Feed management
Promotional mechanics
Confident coordinating developers and third‑party vendors, even without coding experience

Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast‑paced environment

Bonus Advantage
Experience in multi-brand retail or electronics category environments
Familiarity with B2B ordering or wholesale buying workflows
Mobile-first optimisation experience

Experience managing product data quality at scale
