Sales & Service Representative

• Visiting existing/ new customer sites.
• Conduct on-site service which includes:
• Checking dosing, pH and conductivity equipment operation and condition
• Minor repairs / replacement to on-site equipment including tubing, filters etc.
• Checking chemical stock tank levels and chemical requirements
• Dosing chemicals to chemical stock tanks/ systems directly.
• Check systems (Open and closed cooling towers, closed loops, condensers, boilers, softeners, R.O systems etc.) operation and condition
• Collecting samples for analysis at in-house lab
• Delivering samples to in-house and external labs
• Writing reports which includes interpreting results, writing comments and recommendations
• Quotations planning/calculating, writing, sending, following up
• Ensuring all paperwork is ready/ complete and up to date per site invoices, job cards, reports etc.
• Assisting equipment department on ad hoc basis
• Collaborating with team in different areas of the company - admin, lab, equipment, management etc.

• Afrikaans and English Speaker (Bilingual)
• Valid driver's license and own transport
• Good time management is a must to ensure services, quotations and reports are completed in a timely manner.
• Good communication skills both internally to team as well as professional communication with customers and potential customers.
• Intermediate/ good computer skills - Microsoft Office training will be provided for any "out of the ordinary" software.
• Must be in good health- must meet medical fitness requirements for site access

• Afrikaans speaking advantage
• Market related remuneration: CTC: R15 000 - R25 000 p.m. depending on current and experience

• Traveling across South Africa, and across border should it be required.
