- - Hydraulic hose and fitting product and technical knowledge experience will be advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships with customers.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
- Previous Experience in Hose Assemblies will be advantageous.
- Ability to work shifts, standby and overtime when required.
- Ability to work in small spaces.
- Technical aptitude will be preferred.

- Excellent Literacy in both verbal & written form.
- Medical Clearance to work in the Marine & Offshore (Red Tag)
- Drivers licence & own vehicle
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Syspro) (Advantageous)
- Fluency in English & Afrikaans will be advantageous due to the customer requirements.
