Duties
  • Managing service bookings and scheduling workshop appointments.
  • Opening and processing job cards accurately and efficiently.
  • Welcoming customers and handling all service-related enquiries professionally.
  • Liaising between customers, service advisors, and workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Updating customers on vehicle repair progress and completion timelines.
  • Processing invoices, warranty claims, and service documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records using the Evolve CRM system.
  • Supporting workshop administration and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handling telephonic and email communication in a professional manner.
  • Assisting with service sales opportunities where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a workshop service reception or automotive front desk role.
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Evolve CRM system or similar (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with job cards and invoicing.
  • Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach.
  • Valid drivers license
