Administrative support & bookkeeper

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow up on outstanding matters
  • Process financial transactions up to Trial Balance level
  • Manage debtors and creditors functions efficiently
  • Assist in audit preparation and planning activities
  • Support inventory and stock control processes
  • Prepare and track expense reports
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date and correctly filed
  • Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and service providers
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A relevant qualification in administration, bookkeeping, or accounting (advantageous)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical work style
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., reporting and data analysis)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and perform under pressure
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team
