- LLB degree and Right of Appearance in the High Court
- Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience with personal injury
- Experience in the following practice areas advantageous: Family Law matters, RAF (Road Accident Fund) matters and Unlaw Arrest matters
- Strong knowledge of High Court procedures and rules
- Proficient in CourtOnline and relevant legal software
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills
- Ability to manage own caseload independently
- Strong client liaison and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
