Key Responsibilities- Manage executive diary, travel, meetings, and correspondence
- Coordinate guest logistics, site visits, and VIP arrangements
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
- Handle confidential documentation, contracts, and reporting
- Process expenses, invoices, and basic admin support
- Assist with personal scheduling and ad-hoc errands
- Proven PA experience (hospitality, luxury, or service sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Competent in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
