Regional Sales Manager

This role is suited to a proven sales leader from the courier or logistics industry, who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a track record of building high-performing sales teams while delivering consistent revenue growth.

You will take full ownership of the regional sales strategy, team performance, and key account growth while driving disciplined pipeline management and commercial execution.

This is not a role for transactional sales managers. We are looking for a strategic, commercially astute leader who understands the complexities of the courier and logistics industry, including B2B distribution networks, bulk shipments, and door-to-door delivery solutions.

You will be responsible for translating the national sales strategy into regional execution, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and performance-manage a team of 1012 senior sales professionals
  • Drive regional revenue growth and sales target achievement
  • Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy aligned with national objectives
  • Manage pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key commercial clients
  • Identify and unlock new market opportunities and high-value accounts
  • Conduct coaching, field accompaniment, and structured performance development
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust commercial strategy accordingly
  • Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and customer service

Minimum Requirements:

  • 810 years experience in sales or account management
  • 45 years experience within the Courier or Domestic Logistics industry
  • 45 years in a sales leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performance sales teams
  • Strong experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
