Overview: UK-based workforce solutions company seeks an experienced B2B Sales Agent to drive new business across payroll and compliance services. This is an on-site role in Cape Town, operating UK hours (10:00–18:00 / 11:00–19:00 SA).
Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls and manage client acquisition
- Build relationships with new and existing clients across the UK, USA, and Australia
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Host Teams product demos and manage the CRM (HubSpot) pipeline
- Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives
- Minimum 3 years’ B2B or outbound telesales experience
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office
- Experience selling to international markets advantageous
