Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-orientated, and experienced in managing large-scale hiring and delivering high-quality shortlisting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of CVs and applications efficiently
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and selection
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned to role requirements
• Support bulk recruitment campaigns and large-scale hiring initiatives
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and administration
• Ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct regular client visits to understand hiring needs and strengthen partnerships
• Maintain and grow candidate pipeline and client pipeline

Requirements:

• Proven cross-sector recruitment experience
• Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
• Experience in large-scale hiring and high-quality shortlisting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Valid drivers licence
