Key Responsibilities- Build and manage executive-level relationships with national fleet operators
- Lead national sales negotiations and long-term fleet supply agreements
- Develop and execute growth strategies per key account (penetration, retention, TCO solutions)
- Drive incremental fleet sales alongside dealer retail activity
- Collaborate with dealers and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment, smooth handovers, and clear ownership
- Monitor customer segmentation and ensure correct account governance
- Track sales performance, pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity
- Bachelors Degree (Sales / Business or similar)
- 5 to 7 years B2B sales or Key Account Management experience (commercial vehicles / logistics preferred)
- Strong experience negotiating large, complex deals at senior/executive level
- Solid understanding of dealer-based sales networks
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
