Requirements:
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience as a Debtors Clerk
- Strong working experience on Pastel (Sage Pastel) â non-negotiable
- Solid understanding of debtors, reconciliations, and credit control processes
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Full debtors function
- Capturing and allocating payments on Pastel
- Debtorsâ reconciliations
- Following up on outstanding accounts and collections
- Sending statements and invoices to customers
- Resolving account queries efficiently
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Assisting with month-end processes and reportingÂ
