HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Non-Negotiable)
- 6 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 - 6 years in a supervisory/managerial position (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Manage smooth running and achievement of departmental objectives and targets
- Payroll experience, BEE, EE. planning
- Implemented and managing staff training and upliftment programs
- Own reliable car and valid (Code B) Drivers license
- Proven experience or understanding of BEE compliance and reporting is highly advantageous
- Able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision, maintaining focus and efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in reporting, Excel, Word, presentations
- Demonstrates a strong ability to meet deadlines and work towards specific targets/goals
