- Good coordination skills and a neat, presentable appearance.
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field would be advantageous.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 (e.g. MS-102), MikroTik (MTCNA or higher), Sophos Certified Engineer, CompTIA Network+ / Server+, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years + experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and OneDrive administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with MikroTik routers, Sophos firewalls and managed switching.
- A sound understanding of VLANs (tagged/untagged), routing, DHCP, DNS and LAN/WAN networking.
- Experience with Wi-Fi deployment and wireless point-to-point links.
- Strong Windows Server troubleshooting skills.
- Practical experience with physical server hardware, RAID and disk/controller faults.
- Experience with remote monitoring and management tools (e.g. VSA or similar).
