Security Analyst L1/L2 (Microsoft Cloud & Security)

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents using Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender
• Operate and manage Microsoft Defender security solutions across endpoint, identity, cloud apps, and Microsoft 365
• Support cloud and identity security across Microsoft Azure, including logging, access controls, and Zero Trust principles
• Contribute to security playbooks, automation, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives

• Education: Relevant IT, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems qualification (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Security Analyst, SOC, or Cybersecurity role
• Hands‑on experience securing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Practical incident response and threat investigation exposure
• Skills:
• Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM / SOAR)
• Microsoft Defender XDR suite
• Microsoft Azure security fundamentals (IAM, networking, logging)
• Microsoft Purview (DLP, information protection, compliance)
• Understanding of SIEM/SOAR, identity security, and cloud security principles
