Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordinator (Electronic Engineering)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage material requirements to support production schedules.
- Coordinate procurement activities with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels, shortages, excess stock, and supply risks.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met.
- Utilise ERP systems to manage purchasing, planning, and inventory activities.
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve supply chain visibility and forecasting.
- Drive process improvements and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sales teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 46 years' experience in planning and in an electro-mechanical production environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to AI tools and data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
