- Matric (Grade 12) required
- 5+ years pastry experience
- 3+ years in production / bulk pastry
- Professional Pastry / Baking qualification (preferred)
- Food Safety / HACCP certification (required)
- Plan and execute daily and weekly pastry production schedules
- Supervise pastry chefs, assistants, and production staff
- Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
- Enforce recipe adherence (weights, methods, bake times)
- Ensure portion control, yield accuracy, and consistency
