Operating heavily within D365 Business Central and Netstock, you will oversee everything from international factory loading to final warehouse delivery. This role perfectly balances immediate daily execution with medium- to long-term tactical supply planning. You will ensure seamless stock availability while minimizing inventory risk and cost exposure. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a solution-driven mindset who can handle multiple moving parts under pressure.

- Shipping & Import Operations: Track inbound international shipments, monitor vessel schedules, clear customs, plan container utilization, and troubleshoot port/vessel delays.
- Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and operations teams regarding inbound scheduling, stock allocations, regional transfers, and managing slow-moving or aging stock.
- Systems & Reporting: Act as the system power-user on Business Central and Excel, building and maintaining shipment trackers, ETA reports, pipeline schedules, and inventory risk dashboards.
- Risk & Stakeholder Management: Proactively identify supply chain risks (production delays, customs holds, shipment bunching) and smoothly escalate critical commercial risks to executive management.
