Contract Automotive Machinist Trainer

• Qualified Automotive Machinist artisan (Red Seal or equivalent recognized qualification).
• Demonstrated experience in training or mentoring apprentices within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver structured training sessions and assessments.
• South African citizenship required.

The trainer will facilitate specialized modules for a 3-year apprenticeship program, delivering hands-on training for periods of 3–4 months after every 7 months.

• Deliver comprehensive training to apprentices enrolled in the 3-year Automotive Machinist apprenticeship programme.
• Conduct practical and theoretical skills transfer during the designated training blocks.
• Assess apprentice progress and provide detailed feedback.
• Support continuous learning and upskilling in an industrial training setting.
