Duties & Responsibilities:
- Among other things, you will be expected to perform the following:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Office Administration & Training
- Ensure the tender is presented in a professional manner.
- Delivering advice to internal teams on the most effective and efficient way to publish their digital content.
- Assist with the production of final tender documents.
- Providing training to service users on how to use content management systems.
Requirements:
- South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the programme before.
- Matric.
- HR Qualification.
- Recent completion of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
Preferred Skills:
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Basic understanding of workplace cleanliness practices.
- Participation in relevant coursework or training programs.
