Our client is a dynamic company focused on building some of South Africas most iconic and beautifully curated digital networks.

They are seeking a Finance and Operations Administrator to support the finance and operations team with day-to-day administration, reporting support, and operational coordination.

This role offers excellent exposure to the media industry, hands-on experience with industry software, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and energetic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the finance and operations team
  • Work on Excel spreadsheets and formulas
  • Assist with financial and operational record keeping
  • Manage Outlook correspondence and Google Drive documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Meet deadlines and support operational processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Education:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant Finance or Administration qualification advantageous
  • Experience:
  • Previous administration or finance support experience advantageous
  • Basic financial understanding of income streams, gross vs net income, and operating costs
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas)
  • Proficient in Outlook and Google Drive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Organised, punctual, and deadline-driven
