They are seeking a Finance and Operations Administrator who will play a key role in supporting the finance and operations function through accurate administration, reporting support, and operational coordination.
This role offers exposure to the media industry, ongoing learning opportunities, and hands-on experience with industry-specific software and systems, for which training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance and operations department
- Work extensively on Microsoft Excel, including formulas and spreadsheet management
- Assist with maintaining financial and operational records
- Support tracking of income streams, operating costs, and financial information
- Manage correspondence and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook
- Organise and maintain documentation using Google Drive
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative functions
- Meet deadlines and assist with day-to-day operational coordination
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Finance, Administration, or Accounting qualification advantageous
- Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role advantageous
- Basic financial understanding regarding gross income, net income, operating costs, and income streams
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment beneficial
- Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient in Google Drive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
