Finance and Operations Administrator

Our client is a dynamic company focused on building some of South Africas most iconic and beautifully curated digital networks.

They are seeking a Finance and Operations Administrator to support the finance and operations team with day-to-day administration, reporting support, and operational coordination.

This role offers excellent exposure to the media industry, hands-on experience with industry software, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and energetic team environment.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative support to the finance and operations team

Work on Excel spreadsheets and formulas
Assist with financial and operational record keeping
Manage Outlook correspondence and Google Drive documentation
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Meet deadlines and support operational processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Matric (Grade 12)

Relevant Finance or Administration qualification advantageous

Experience: Previous administration or finance support experience advantageous

Basic financial understanding of income streams, gross vs net income, and operating costs

Skills Required: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas)

Proficient in Outlook and Google Drive
Strong attention to detail
Good work ethic and willingness to learn

Organised, punctual, and deadline-driven
