REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field - an Honours Degree is preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in HR management or senior HR generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of South African Labour Laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems, payroll administration, and talent development
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capability
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and persistence in achieving results
- Must be prepared to work additional hours when required
- Valid driver’s licence
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Oversee Employee Relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with Labour Legislation, Employment Equity (EE), and BBBEE requirements
- Administer payroll, benefits, and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
